Seagull Schools’ adult day center is located in the heart of the Kapolei business district right next to Kapolei Regional Park. The program’s attractive new buildings are complemented by beautifully landscaped grounds and its stimulating environment. A unique feature of the center is its purposeful design that integrates adult activities with the adjoining preschool. The result is a program that mutually benefits young children and older adults in an atmosphere that resembles a small village. The caring environment is complemented by a well trained staff and a schedule of activities that stimulates physical and mental well being.
Leahi Hospital has been providing quality care since 1901. The goal of Leahi Hospital is to provide quality individual care and services. Leahi Hospital is one of three facilities under Oahu Region within Hawaii Health Systems Corporation, the other two facilities are Maluhia and Kahuku Medical Center which is now an affiliate. Hawaii Health Systems Corporation is made up of thirteen medical facilities within the State of Hawaii and together, these facilities provide a safety net of medical care for the people of Hawaii.
Established in 1986, Oahu Care Facility is an 82-bed nursing home providing intermediate and skilled level of care services. The facility was built to provide a cheerful and home-like environment. The second and third floors of our three story building provide a safe and secure setting for our residents with large recreation and dining areas on each floor.
Established in 1995, Pearl City Nursing Home is a 122-bed nursing home providing intermediate and skilled level of care services. Our reputation for quality and compassionate care for our residents has grown due to a team of staff playing a key role in a resident’s care.

Pohulani The Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA) and the Housing and Community Development Corporation of Hawaii (HCDCH) collaborated on this project to develop urgently needed and attractive rental housing that would be within the financial reach of seniors who are on fixed income. Translated as “Heavenly Calm”, the Pohulani—located on land bounded by Keawe, Queen and Coral Streets—contains 262 studio and one bedroom units. Amenities include a recreation deck, lap pool, barbeque area, jogging path and garden plots for residents to cultivate their own gardens. The building also has an emergency call system for each apartment and a fully-secured entrance.
Kulana Malama is a small, for-profit, nursing home with 30 beds based at 91 1360 Karayan Street in Ewa Beach, HI. The facility has 1 residents indicating 3% of it’s beds are occupied, which is below average within this state. The provider participates in the medicare & medicaid programs and provides none counseling services. The home is not located in a hospital or continuing care retirement community and is fully sprinklered.
Hale Nani is the largest skilled nursing facility in the State of Hawaii, it’s strength lies in the heart and quality that goes into our care. Aloha Nursing & Rehab Centre (ANRC) is located in desirable windward Oahu and just minutes from H-3, the Pali Highway and the Likelike Highway. Our tranquil oasis is nestled beneath the Koolau Mountains and overlooking beautiful Kaneohe Bay. This relaxing, restful retreat has lush landscaping with outdoor water features and covered lanais. Indoors it is refreshingly pleasant and pristinely maintained and renovated as needed. Aloha’s community consists of housing for 138 residents. They offer services for both long and short-term stays for those who need intermediate or skilled nursing care. Residents have available to them exercise programs as well as social, educational and cultural activities in a safe and structured environment. They also provide rehabilitation services and a senior day-care program.
Castle Medical Center is a full-service medical center offering a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, and home-based services, Castle Medical Center is a 160-bed facility with more than 1,000 employees and staffed by 248 physicians. Located just outside of Kailua, Castle serves all of O‘ahu and is the primary health care facility for the Windward side of the island. The hospital is owned and operated by Adventist Health, a Seventh‑day Adventist health care system.
The Caregiver Foundation of America is a 501(c)(3) organization that works to support Caregivers through a variety of services. From producing education materials and resources to assuming daily money management (bill paying) tasks, to providing speakers for seminars and meetings and overseeing major restoration cleaning. TCFOA works hard to provide caregivers the resources they need to survive their journey and “help those you love”. The Caregiver Foundation was begun by Gary A. Powell, a well-known financial professional in Hawaii, as a result of his first hand knowledge and exposure to the needs of Caregivers.
